Hi.
I'm trying to get all elites on my Warrior, yet i can't capture P.Distraction couse Mesmer Construct doesn't spawn. I've beat Sunjiyang District mission 6 times today which took me 2 hours and there wasn't Mesmer Construct even once.
Is there any other place where this skill can be capped or do you guys have any ides what to do cap this skill ?

Although difficulty-wise it's easier to keep repeating the mission until it spawns, you could go into Sunjiang District Explorable and cap it there. That's where my mesmer capped it, but it sure as heck wasn't easy at the time. Now that there are henchie flag control though, shouldn't have any problem. I believe the mesmer is the 2nd boss in once you enter the area, but check the wiki for confirmation on that.

For future reference, www.guildwiki.org makes skill capping a lot easier.
